These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tunebash ("Tunebash," "we," "us") at https://www.tunebash.com. By using Tunebash, you agree to these Terms.
Tunebash is offered for early access and evaluation. Features, pricing, and hardware offerings may change before general availability.

YouTube
Tunebash uses YouTube API Services to discover and display public YouTube videos and metadata. When you use YouTube-related features on Tunebash (including embedded playback, video search results, or links to YouTube), you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Tunebash does not grant you any rights in YouTube or third-party content. Video playback and availability are controlled by YouTube and the respective rights holders.
Our use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle YouTube data.
The service
Tunebash provides music discovery, artist intelligence, radio and chart insights, playback of previews and third-party streams, social features, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Tunebash does not host most audio or video files directly. Playback may rely on third-party services (including YouTube embeds, streaming APIs, and user-connected storage).
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with the terms of any identity provider you use (Google, Facebook, or email link).
You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Tunebash to infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse Tunebash or third-party APIs beyond normal use
- Attempt to bypass playback, access, or security controls
- Upload malware, spam, or unlawful content through any Tunebash feature
- Harass other users or misuse social features
Your content and library
If you connect storage or contribute enrichment data, you represent that you have the rights to access and share that content. Tunebash does not claim ownership of your personal media library.
Crowdsourced metadata you submit (for example stream URLs or YouTube match hints) may be used to improve playback for other users, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Tunebash and its branding, software, and original content are owned by Tunebash or its licensors. Third-party trademarks, recordings, and videos belong to their respective owners.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content accessible through Tunebash infringes your copyright, contact legal@tunebash.com with sufficient detail to identify the work and the material you believe is infringing. We may remove or disable access to material where appropriate.
Disclaimers
Tunebash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, accuracy of charts or intelligence data, or availability of any particular track or video.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tunebash and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes to how we use YouTube data will be reflected here and in our Privacy Policy.
